The 1-2-3, for your 2015!
I’m excited for this new year and like many of us we have many dreams, aspirations, and decisions to pursue. Some of us want to start a healthy active lifestyle, return to school, write a book, finish that house project list (from years ago!) and the list goes on. Then something happens, we just don’t do them. We feel guilty and throw all those great ideas down the drain. Well don’t feel bad at all. It happens to all of us.
Today, I want to share some advice. A three step system that has helped many accomplish that one or many goals. These steps are: 1) Decision 2) Planning 3) Action.
One of my goals for this year is to grow my healthy active lifestyle. Let me briefly explain how I’m going to apply these three steps.
- The first step is to DECIDE what you REALLY. I want to become more active because I like what this lifestyle attracts. It brings health, confident appeal, and the ability to help others.
- The second step is to PLAN. One can plan by creating timely manner steps. For example, every week I have decided to apply two sessions of cardio, along with three sessions of strength training.
- Finally, third step is to take ACTION. I will take action by heading to the gym and network with fitness minded individuals.
Like with every goal, obstacles will appear. Remember that is not the end of the world. Obstacles are sometimes signs that maybe a different approach is needed or certain tools are needed, like a planner.
